Ready for summer? I hope you are ready for summer workouts as many of our teams will have summer conditioning to get our athletes ready for the school year.

The sports listed below are the only sports that have summer workouts planned at this time! All workouts are highly encouraged but optional.
Cheerleading– see cheer page under “program links”
Cross Country– M-TR 7am-9am/ meet outside the gym (starting June 7th)
*Saturdays- starting June 10th 7am at West Orange Trail
Football– M-TR 9am-12pm/ meet at the practice field (beginning June 12th)/ EVERYONE MUST WEAR A WHITE T-SHIRT AND BLACK SHORTS
*incoming freshman will need to report June 19th
Girls Lacrosse– M and W 7-8:30am (starting June 7th) practice field
Girls Volleyball– Mini Camp July 25-27 9am-4pm in the gym

Boys Soccer– June 15, 22, 29- July 13, 20, 27, August 3 11am-12pm practice field

REMINDER: FALL SPORT TRYOUTS BEGIN JULY 31ST/ 1ST DAY OF SCHOOL IS AUGUST 14TH. EVERY ATHLETE MUST HAVE A VALID OCPS/FHSAA PHYSICAL ON FILE TO TRYOUT.
