Titans News · Luke Carey Named OCPS Male Athlete of the Year

Senior athlete Luke Carey has been named the 2018-2019 OCPS Male Athlete of the Year! Luke has helped lead our swimming and water polo team to unprecedented success the last few years, even winning a State Championship in boys water polo in 2017-2018.

He has led his water polo team this season to the State Final 4 after securing another district, metro and regional title. The team will face St. Thomas Aquinas in the state semi finals on Friday, May 10th at 7pm in hopes to secure another State Championship before he continues his academic career next year at the University of Florida.

Luke has even taken on new challenges athletically as he he participated in cross country and boys volleyball during his tenure as a Titan. Congratulations Luke.
