Boys Varsity Cross Country, Girls Varsity Cross Country · Cross Country Summer Workouts

Cross Country Summer Training will begin on Monday, June 3rd.  Everyone MUST have a valid physical and all necessary paperwork on file with our Athletic Trainer, Barry Walters in order to participate.  Although it is not mandatory, it is highly recommended that you come to as many days as possible so you can be in better shape for when the season officially starts on July 29th.  Training days, times and meeting places are as follows:


Monday – Thursday 7am in front of Olympia Gymnasium

Friday 7am @ Freedom Park (next to Thornebrooke Elementary)

Saturday 7am @ the West Orange Trail
