For only the 3rd time is school history, the Boys Cross Country team qualified to run at States with a tie break 8th place finish at Regionals. After the first 5 runners finished, the boys were tied with Palm Beach Central for the final ticket to States, but Junior Andrew Miller (17:36) ran the race of his life to finish in front of the 6th runner of Palm Beach Central to seal 8th place!

The team was led by Junior Kai Komatsu (16:46) and Senior Captain Troy O’Toole (16:51). Also running well were Junior Cristian Sterling (17:16), Sophomore Lucas Dvorak, Junior Shu Komatsu (17:34) and Senior Andres Cubillos (17:38).

The State Championship race will be in Tallahassee this coming Saturday, November 9.
