Summer Schedule 2017

Cross Country Summer Conditioning will take place Mondays-Saturdays starting on June 7th at 7am and will last for approximately 1 1/2 hours.  Monday-Friday we will meet in front of the Olympia Gymnasium and Saturday runs will take place at the West Orange Trail.

Although optional, it is highly encouraged for everyone to take part in summer conditioning whenever they can as it is a great chance to meet your teammates and get in better shape for the start of the season. All those interested MUST have a copy of their current physical and the Summer Participation Form turned in to Coach Manny.  No one will be able to run unless these 2 forms are turned in.  Please fill out the following Google Form to sign up:
